1. SMS & Mobile Communications (A2P 10DLC Compliance)
By opting into SMS from a web form, driver application, or other medium, you agree to receive SMS messages from NVA Transportation Inc.- Scope of Messaging: Messages include operational updates, dispatch coordination, conversations between employees, external business communications, and driver recruitment updates.
- Recruitment Specifics: If you are an applicant, you agree to receive texts regarding your application status, interview scheduling, and onboarding requirements.
- Message Frequency: Messaging frequency may vary based on your interaction with our services.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-Out: To opt out at any time, text STOP to any message you receive from us.
- Assistance: For assistance, text HELP or visit our website at https://nvatransportation.com/.
- Privacy: Visit https://nvatransportation.com/privacy-policy/ for our privacy policy. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates.
2. Driver Recruitment & Compliance
NVA Transportation Inc. operates in strict accordance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations.- Accuracy of Information: Applicants certify that all information provided in driver applications is true and complete.
- Authorization: By submitting an application, you authorize NVA to conduct background checks, including MVR (Motor Vehicle Records), PSP (Pre-Employment Screening Program), and Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse queries as required by 49 CFR Part 391.
- Digital Certification: In compliance with 2026 standards, all drivers must maintain digital CDL and Medical Certifications. NVA is not responsible for delays caused by a driver’s failure to maintain electronic state records.
3. Transportation & Cargo Liability
- Carrier Liability: Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is governed by the Carmack Amendment (49 U.S.C. § 14706). Liability is limited to the terms established in the individual Bill of Lading (BOL).
- USDOT Identification: Effective 2026, NVA utilizes the USDOT Number as the primary identifier for all filings, insurance, and brokerage contracts.
- Brokerage Disclosure: If NVA acts as a freight broker for a specific shipment, our responsibility is limited to the selection of a qualified carrier. We are not liable for the actual transport or cargo damage occurring under a third-party carrier’s authority.
4. Website Use & Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content, logos, and fleet imagery on this site are the property of NVA Transportation Inc.
- Prohibited Use: Users may not “scrape” data, use automated bots for recruitment inquiries, or misrepresent their identity when contacting NVA.
